One of our favorite family pastimes is spending a cold, winter’s day rustling up rabbits.  Be it jumping on brush piles or stalking through timber, a day of rabbit hunting can bring joy to all.  Rabbit recipes have finally been given the respect they deserve by Michelin-Star chefs across the globe.  Cooking SUX has been working with Sonoma County-inspired rabbit recipes for almost a decade.  Each rabbit dish is carefully selected and prepared based on fresh, in-season produce.  However, a rabbit dish prepared by Cooking SUX will always be accompanied by some type of carrot.
