"At home a friend will ask, 'Been bird hunting?' You will say that you have, and when he asks, 'Have any luck?' You will think of what you have held in your heart instead of your hand, and then answer that you certainly did—without a doubt." - Gene Hill

Bird hunting is one of the most exhilarating hunts there is.  The camaraderie that exists between friends building blinds and cover and the hunter and his dogs, is unmatched.  Preparing wild birds is the Mt. Everest of wild game cooking.  Many a hunter have long since given up reaping the benefits of their bounty from the sky.  Cooking SUX has some delicious recipes that will amaze and astound a bird-dog’s master.

Pheasant

Our family uses pheasant in place of chicken.  If you’ve come to detest the fat content of today’s grocery store chicken, you’ll quickly grow accustomed to this lean white meat.

Quail/Dove

Small but Mighty!  These birds offer up high limits and even higher quality little appetizer bites.  Mango stuffed and bacon wrapped, you’ll want these little morsels at every party you attend.

Duck/Goose

One of the ultimate challenges is a delicious meal of waterfowl.  Let our 20+ years of experience wow your taste buds!

Turkey

Not just for Thanksgiving!  Options abound for this locally-sourced trophy.  Smoked, stuffed or in family style casserole’s, this bird can be a feast any day of the year!
