Meet Amy Daniels

Amy is a Sioux City native. Graduate of North High, she earned both her bachelors and her masters degrees
at the University of Iowa. Moving back to Siouxland in 2014, she spends her time raising her 3 children,
hunting and fishing with her husband, cheering on the Hawkeyes, volunteering, traveling, and event planning. Amy’s passion for event planning began in high school when she inadvertently became involved in the
planning and setup process for her cousin’s wedding. The on-site coordinator joked that she should have
hired Amy and had her on staff months before the huge, multiple-day, east coast wedding. For her own
wedding seven years later, Amy planned an extraordinary, multi-faceted experience to unite her large,
blended families with the families of her future in-laws. Complete with a pre-wedding Luau, Spa Day for
the ladies, clay pigeon shooting for the men, a Country Western Brunch, followed by a formal reception it
was the event of a lifetime and drove Amy on to plan countless future events. Amy has over 20 years of experience planning everything from small showers to huge fundraisers. Her experience spans numerous
states, covers events both big and small, and she can work within any budget.
