Amy has been helping out busy moms and people that dislike cooking for the past 3 years. She is a native of Siouxland, graduated from the University of Iowa, and loves being back home and living in Jefferson, SD. The concept of Cooking SUX was born out of the idea that as a busy, working mom who wants to have homecooked meals for her family, the idea of planning, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and then listening to kids complain about dinner = COOKING SUX! If someone takes away almost all of that for you, hopefully that’s one less stress for her customers.

Amy and her family also enjoy the great outdoors. They fish and hunt every season and particularly enjoy finding recipes for wild game. Hence, another aspect of Cooking SUX: Wild Game Food Prep.  With so many hunters in and around Siouxland, Wild Game Food Prep is a fun little niche to be a part of.
